The Seventh Trumpet and Primordial Travelers .
Oil on linen. Size: 390 / 200 cm.
It’s a reference to the story from Book of Revelation, where seven trumpets are sounded, one at a time, to cue apocalyptic events seen by John of Patmos.
But, ofcourse, it’s not an illustration of it and not even my interpretation of it.
I’ve just used for my work this, well known Eschatology story, as one of many others similar existing in a different cultures and religions. Primordial travellers in my work are those who were existed before and will exist after, being just an observers, but not the participants. And who they are, I don’t know.
